THE COSTS
This year you can choose the elements of Rototour that you wish to attend. All attendees must register for the Rototour 2023 portion but Iceland and ARMO are both add-ons.
Please note:
that the Accompanying Person registration is for wives, husbands or partners. The twin share is for 2 rotomoulders sharing the same accommodation room with 2 separate beds.
Rototour DOES NOT include:
Travel Insurance / Airport transfers pre and post tour / International flights to and from start-end destinations / Drinks outside of organised events / Luggage Handling / Extra Bag Costs on Flights

TERMS & CONDITIONS
ARMA has been able to arrange these exclusive tours with the support of the Alliance of Rotational Moulding Organisations. The companies who have approved tours of their plants and facilities have done so according to certain conditions, which you must indicate you are willing to agree to abide by before your participation can be confirmed. If the tour is cancelled or postponed for any reasons beyond the control of ARMA, all efforts will be made to schedule the tour for a later time. Refunds are subject to the approval of the ARMA Board upon request. No refunds will be offered for cancellations within 2 months of the departure date. By completing the registration form and lodging it with the Association, you agree:
> All registrations are subject to approval by the host factories
> No cameras, mobile phones or other electronic devices allowed in the plants
> No delegates with business interests in host countries allowed
> No conversations with plant staff during the tour unless approved
> You must attend all tours, no special arrangements will be made
> Registration is subject to availability on a first booking basis with preference to members
> Partners registration may be subject to availability
> Every tour delegate must be capable of managing their own luggage and moving independently throughout the tour without assistance. ARMA does not provide baggage handling services and does not have the staff resources to manage special needs. A reminder that your travel insurance needs to comprehensively cover any contingencies and include support to repatriate you in the case of injury without ARMA support if the tour needs to continue to other locations. If you are unsure if you should attend the tour, please feel free to contact us and discuss your personal situation and we can advise further.

> While all effort will be made to assist with securing any required Visa's, there is no guarantee that ARMA will refund the tour costs if it is denied.
